Bill Boules at The Official Site of the A T Junkie Podcast has always followed the goal of providing the best possible computer training to people who are blind and/or visually impaired.  As an access technology specialist, Bill has been a computer user since the late 1980s and has provided training to people who are blind and/or visually impaired nationwide.  His commitment to instruction is reflected in his being recognized with a Leadership Award from the Department of Rehabilitation Services.
